New grow setup. I have some concerns

I just got my tent and grow set up.

    I'm running a 600 Watt viparspectra

6 inch carbon filter and Inline fan

    I have 6 sativa plants

It's going to be a hot summer where I live..... Almost 105 degree Fahrenheit. Do you think this will be enough to keep my tent cool in my garage? I don't want to start a fire or cook my plants

🌱 It won't be able to cool it so that it's colder than the outside air with just fans. It will always be at least a little warmer than the air outside the tent, the venting will just keep it from getting much hotter than outside the tent. It needs cool air to come in to actually cool the plants. Do you have dry heat? If so an evaporation cooler can be effective. Otherwise you'll likely need an AC. 🌱

Should I pull the plug on my grow until I get an account unit or a fan or something?

Hi RGM, you already have your grow started. Can't you move the tent inside? It's gotta be cooler than the garage...

I suggest that you never pull the plug on a grow unless the plants mold or die.
Many growers figure out ways to get a useful harvest in adverse conditions and the way they do it is by never giving up.
I suggest you keep the grow, and if it fails, you will know what the limits of your plants are. Then perhaps alter your setup.
More is lost by indecision than by wrong decision.

rose gold.money! welcome to the forum.
im not a fan of used equipment, but if i was in ur situation with 6 plants already in progress, i would do whatever it takes to get an air conditioner in there. even where im at sitting mid to upper.70s inside without central air, fans alone cant keep up with the 2×4 8 bulb t5 in my veg area without blowin out all the humidity!
you might get away with juggling temps around during veg stage, but trying to do that crap during bloom is a setup for failure. if you want to play this game indoors during the summer with a setup for 6 plants, air conditioning is a necessary expense.
look locally for a refurb or used portable unit. 8000 btu is plenty if you pump in directly to the tent port using a single duct ac, or even better INSIDE the tent if you find yourself one with dual ducts. much more efficient and easy to control.
craigslist, pawn shops, used appliance stores. hell, if you live in a legal state you can find used dual port ac's in the local hydro shops...but you might have to search dilligently with the season upon us already!

youve already spent the big money on what you have so far AND you have already fired up the machine. logic says you will lose more at this point by shutting it down or screwing up your grow/yield than you will come out your pockets for a functional portable air conditioner.
my 2 cents about a pill i had to swallow too, rgm.

best of luck to ya, you DO have a great start there!

Do you live in a dry heat or humid heat area?

Those plants have some serious health issues, better look into that, may be able to bring them.back
