More bud sites will just distribute the yeild accross more branches. The yeild will be identicle, unless one plant has been trained to fill in more space than the other. Too many off shoots can cause underdeveloped waste, reducing yeild because of less favourable produce.

Can i trim extra bud siges lower down the plant to make a bigger yield

You can definitely trim the lower plant (lollipopping), this helps to remove plant material that would otherwise offer very little in return. Allowing energy to be focused in more important parts of the plant.
You just have to be careful when and how you do this, doing it too often or during flower, can stunt growth. So refer to GWE on lollipopping for instructions.

I trimmed small and lower growth installed my new vipaspectra par 450 .They have been under new light for two days the light looks a lot brighter than a 1000w I bout off of wish. The plants seem to like it this is my second grow
