Tyler, I always see sediment at the bottom of my reservoir, too. I don't think it's anything to worry about. The nutrients are in the water.Anyone can grow schwag. If you want to grow top shelf bud, study hard: https://www.growweedeasy.com

Howdy tyler_hobbyist,
What kind/brand of nutrients are You using? I'm using the GH Maxi series (dry Grow and Bloom) with the GH Liquid KoolBloom, Floralicious Plus, Armor Si, FloraNector, and Florashield. I do get some sediment in the reservoirs, but it is very little. There will all ways be sediment if One uses mineral supplements ( like Armor Si and/or CALiMAGic) because they are not as soluble as other nutrients and easily precipitate out of solution. This is one reason that it is good to flush the system out and/or regularly add plain pH'ed water between feedings to prevent buildup in the system.
Good luck with Your grow.Smoke weed,.....grow peace!

Just like DW2 said. Mineral nutes like the calmag tend to sediment. But if you already added the calmag and then drop ph down undiluted the ph down drops react with the calcium leaving white sediments that won't dissolve again. Try diluting the ph down in a glass of water before adding to the reservoir

In my honest opion I don't know if I'm doing hydro right because my soil plants are double to 3times the size under the same enviroment and everything else the same1 Photo

That sounds backwards (hydro vs soil). My two hydro grows far out pace my one soil grow.
I see the GH Flora Trio, online schedule, full strength. One of my spindly 10" clones is now a bushy 28", at Week V feeding.
Good luck. I've read what you're doing and it all looks OK. Curious results though.

Ya it seems very weired! I can't see any roots thero the bottom or sides of the net pot yet but I can see a. Small about thro the rocks and there nice and bright white. It just seems so odd that my soil plants are growing much faster than my hydro

I've had that happen, where the roots are slow to emerge from the net pot. I put the water level higher so that the bubbles are constantly misting the bottom of the pot, not soaking it, but kind of "attracting" the roots downward. Nebula told me to raise the water level when they are tiny seedlings to get that effect.

Thank u very much I'm gunna try that I never thought of that but in therory it would work

My clones have roots in the nute bath in 7-10 days. First grow was clean, free roots arranged in the clay balls. Second grow was clones in rock wool set into the clay balls. I like the latter for plant
stability.
I would look at nutes and pH. If you have light and air good enough for the soil girls, there aren't a whole lot of other factors. Of coarse disease, genetics, etc but they shouldn't be a factor with you.
Maybe change to GH Flora Trio? I also add CaMg as per the GH online schedule for recirculating.
