i get this banner that says click the +New Topic button to ask question, but i dont see that button . where is it.

It's kind of hard to see on certain devices. It's a small button. Here is a direct link to start a discussion: https://forum.growweedeasy.com/new-content/3

If you go to the main forum page here, https://forum.growweedeasy.com/forum/growing-community you can also click on the words near the top that say "Ask Questions or Start a Discussion" and it will bring you there. We're working on making the "New Topic" button bigger and more visible.
