I am wondering about autos I have some that start flowering in three weeks and some that take moth and a half or longer I like the longer vegs because I get awsome yields is there a way to tell or is it a guess in genetics more auto or more photo the longer veg same light schedule font flip to 12

Exactly, it's based on genetics. Some autos are ready in 2-3 months
(giving a few weeks of veg) but some of the new autos can go up to 5 or 6 months and are often called Super Autos or XXL autos (but not always). Luckily most breeders have estimates to help you decide which is right for you. As you said, autos with longer veg stages tend to be much bigger at harvest.
