HELP! Leaves Yellow & Dry Tips

Problem: Top colas have yellow and dry leave tips. Not all colas just the taller ones.

This is my first grow and my lady did so well until 2nd week of flowering. Here are the details:

    1. Strain- Magnum Autoflower
    2. Indoor grow
    3. Organic Soil and have been watching pH of the soil and all watering with no previous challenges (ranges have been 6.5 to 7.2)
    4. Light: UFO Led Grow Light, Growstar 150W Full Spectrum
    5. Watering every other day proper pH.
    6. Added Nutrients two days before this started. Using Home Grown Flower time Fertilizer (N16, P 6, K 30)

Am I burning my plant because it is getting too close to the light? Or something else? What is the fix?
My lady has been so healthy until this started 4 days ago.

Thanks so much. Really looking forward to my first grow but now I am alarmed.

I would say yes. I have the same problem with a 100w light. Do you have a light meter? I was running mine at 35kLux and it was too much.

Ouch, way to much N, with that much you will have burnt tips.

Yes, too much N, especially in flower.

Ok, thanks. Is it recoverable via flushing the next few waterings?

The tips wont grow back, but the new growth would like less N, and then go to something with low N high PK for MJ IF you can get it.

Providing an update. After a week of freshwater (pH 6.5) she is looking better. This past week her growth has accelerated a bit and she smells great. With that said, looking at the pictures, is there anything else you see I need to be concerned with? The buds don't seem like they are condensed but rather elongated, is that normal or anything I need to worry about?
          Thanks for the advice!
