Does afghan get trichomes on leaves?

I got some free Afghan seeds and they are in flowering stage and a lot of the trichomes seem to be on the leaves around the buds, including the longer leaves. Is this typical for this variety? and if so typical to include leaves in bud material?

Sure is normal on those tiny leaf near bud but extra good on those larger fans. People save that to make canna butter.

Any trim with a decent bit of trichomes will be good for edibles. The little tiny leaves you can leave with the bud if you want. I don’t generally leave these in my bud unless they are a nice colour or extremely frosty but others leave it as part of the bud.

        Learn here:

Should you smoke the leaves or trim them off? It depends partly on strain, environment, and the size of your buds. It also depends on personal preference!

Thanks for feedback. There is significantly more of the "frost" on the Afghan leaves than on other plants.Only grown 6 plants a year for 3 years but had not seen this before. Just wondered if it is typical for this variety.
