Light recommendations for 4x4

Hi all. Missouri medical cultivator here. Currently running a
tent-2x2x3 tent from vivosun
lights-HLG 100 board- https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
smart pots
coco coir/perilite mix
flora series and calimagic nutes

I just grabbed a new 4x4x6 tent, (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1) that has a pitched roof. looking for a solid companion light top go with the hlg that would be a bit of an upgrade too ( blue and red led's if that's the route I go, veg/ bloom)

my question is, what's your favorite cost effective light for this size. my tent is in an unfinished basement and it occasionally gets a bit cold, so maybe LED isn't the way to go. My exhaust system is powerful, so it'll work fine in either tent, and can handle the extra summer heat if needed. Drop links or comments on your favorite 4x4 light or a good recommendation! ( please be cost effective, I don't want a 2k light system just yet.)

You can’t go wrong with a HPS if heat isn’t a issue. Less than $200 for a 600W HPS would be plenty in that tent. Although, if you want one light for explosive growth from seed to harvest and complete tent coverage I’d go with two HLG 320 XL’s. That’ll put you around 1k but worth every penny.
