I use 20/4 for autos right through and the same for photos in veg. This should give me 15% longer life for my lights and save on some energy cost.
    Time is money.
My yields and quality are good so I don't feel any need to go 24/0.

Same here. I think it even helps when the plant has never seen any darkness and suddenly it’s 12/12 they get the message to flower pretty fast

Autos I give them 24/0 all way through their life’s.
photos I give my seedlings 18/6 from the day they come up from the soil.

For seedlings, i'v always been 24 hrs on right thru veg till flower... Never tried giving them any rest. Plus i can keep my clones in a state of slow veg at the same time.

Until today I've been going 24/0. Mine are 7ish weeks old. I changed my mind when I read something about plants not showing sex until they get some dark. They have a few inches, yet, before going to 12/12. Since I have four bagseed, I would like to know if there are any ballers.

Quick question..what are peoples opinions on using 24 hours light on fresh seedlings? As opposed to 18-6..using 450watt MH atm for 12 little seedlings..I'm minkin planta need their sleep but I've been hearing of 50/50 talk on using 24h light in the very beggining
