How long does it take you to trim?

I started trimming my first plant last night ( with help) and was only able to get about 80% done over nearly 6 hours. I was hoping to get 2 plants done last night, and the other 2 tonight. At this rate, it might take 3-4 evenings? Does that sound right?

I'm in practice, plus I strip most of my plants in the tent a week or two out from harvest then dry trim the rest.. 😉😉

Took me and 3 others to trim my last 4 plants probably about 15-20 hours

Please visit www.honestgr.ca for reviews on grow equipment. It is going slowly as I am trying to find products to review (and supportive companies!) I do giveaways there, do not tell me your from GWE however.

Ok, so we're not completely slow. Lol. Just seemed like no matter how much we trimmed, there were still more colas.

Nope not at all. If this becomes a regular thing, there is always a trimmer bowl! Not as good a job, but its a heck of alot faster!

Are you doing a dry or wet trim? Did you buy trimming scissors (spring loaded)? Practice makes perfect, once you get a rhythm going and avoid distraction it can fly by.

Yeah, we have 2 pairs. We did a bit of a combination of wet and dry. Not a full wet trim before, but were pretty thorough (thinking itd save time).

That's good, I like doing a wet trim before hanging and then it's just cleaning them up once they're more dry before jarring. Trim above a rubbermaid/paper tablecloth for faster cleanup, popcorn nugs I set aside in a separate jar. Keep at it bud! You'll get better over time, I know I was slow when I did my first trim.
