Blueberry sunset sherbet and Mimosa orange punch out for a bit of sunshine today. I canโt believe how nice the mimosa is turning out, by far the best looking plant Iโve grown. Pictures donโt nearly do it justice. Had to chop a fat top off my pineapple chunk earlier to bud rot. Keen to just get them down now, been a few struggles this grow.2 Photos

Whitaker Blues by Second Generation Genetics. I donโt know when it will finish because it was brought indoors 4 weeks ago and it had been flowering awhile outdoors. I donโt remember when I planted it either. Pic w flash and one without.2 Photos

LOL sounds like my outdoor grow don't remember how long they been in flower seems like " years " wish i could bring in and finish under lights no space for me to do so, now at the mercy of mother nature an she's not allowing any sun to come out today. Weather was suppose to be sunny in the 70's ya know how that goes? You sure have a pretty cola gal there PeterMatanzas.

If I start an outdoor grow in April they are flowering within a month; getting into a June planting and there's almost no veg state at all. This was a typically bad year for mold and I lost a dozen plants to bud rot. That's why I moved this plant indoors, it's risky but after 4 weeks there's no bugs or any sign of mold. SoOrbudgal

Back to the tent!! Mother Nature has been rather miserable this year. Just harvested Sour Diesel, grew well, looked good...then bud rot crept in. Trashed at least an ounce probably more. This plant was well cared for..didnt see rain, always put in garage with lights and fans when weather even looked nasty. WPM was also a constant battle, had to treat on schedule. Tents been offline for 6 weeks or so. Soaked some seeds to get motivated...still have a little tweaking but were in business!! Strawberry banana, Black Amnesia, Cinderella 99 and a scraggly looking Wedding Crasher(bag seed) looks like lettuce..lol I got a bad feeling about this one.10 PhotosShappel S3000 3.5x6x6' ice hut

Looks like outside grows were rough on everyone stateside this year. Tbh Iโve been thinking of ways to combat the elements so I could shut the tents down next year and go exclusively outside for 4-5 months then I read this post. Garage kept at night is way more coverage than anything I was thinking so if that couldnโt keep the rot away Iโm thinking my tents gonna stay full ๐

Yea im worried for all the other local outdoor growers in my parts that still have weeks to go. Looks like a week of rain hit and miss. I did harvest two Auto flowers this year that were quite impressive but they were down by end of July. So IF(thats a big fat if) i do grow outside next year, i'll do 4 fast autos..sun during the day and grow lights in garage at night.

The clone grow. Week 9 from flip.
Chocolope- 1 week in flush completed. The yellow is not due to camera's white balance being off, they really are that yellow. Trichs are cloudy, just an occasional amber trich. Schedule says harvest now and I'm not sure how long they are going to last on just water. I would like to see more amber trichs. Constant indecisions- and now one of the most frequently asked questions on this board- harvest or Wait?
RP-1- Same lighting and camera settings as pix #1. They just don't look ready for nutrient taper and flushing to me. To many white pistils and not very plump. I feel like they could be so much more. Trichs are still a bit sparse but starting to cloud. I'm going to keep these on full bloom nuts until at least Tuesday then re-evaluate to see where I go from there.
I am playing with ice here. Winter is starting to gently knock on the door. I only have limited heat available for this space. 2-3 weeks from now it is going to start getting cold for real.Last edited by Ckbrew; 10-02-2021, 09:19 AM.Don't worry, be happy, grow sticky buds.

Way to hang in there amy24 those are looking really good, I got a big floopy gal also. Weather man is lying again today well shoot last 3 days were lies LOL. No sun till late afternoon an then there not in the right spot. Fighting a moth catipillar in one plant but i'm still keeping her going waiting on all for all cloudy tad bit of amber.......hopefully

Thanks everyone! Fingers crossed it all pays off. Just went out there and cleared off all the fan leaves and any little bits of bud rot I found. Did one plant only, leaving the other cus 1) that took a long time ๐ and 2) experimenting to see if all the work makes a difference.

Well we got much cooler temps this a.m. and still no sun like they say. Dewy mornings and cool it's the dang moth worms that freak me out if i had all cloudy an just a tad of amber in her i take her but i dispise racy weed.Smoke Ganja create Peace Respect Nature don't trash the Planet

Finally sun came out and so did i LOL. Thought i'd show ya'll the green house plant, pre 98 bubba kush. It's a shame to have had to stuff her in there break/bend some main stalks because she'd would of been a rock star outside if she'd of bloomed soon. She stays in this tent till either she gets cloudy or molds take her nothing on her looks bad except for yellowing leaf but will she ripen is the big Q. 4-5pics are of gorilla glue then there floppy peanut butter breath, last is 3 run homer. This summer has been one of change for me. I'm not enjoying this outdoor season as i use to but that's all i'm saying. I wish it would come to a decent ending for this grow, at least more sun but alas it's not looking like we will. I've found more moth worms, borers smack center of buds i've never had this issue like this before. Now i understand what some of you talk about with catapillars & poop.7 PhotosSmoke Ganja create Peace Respect Nature don't trash the Planet

Thank you all for the kind comments. With the exception of the green house plant which is the furthest from harvest and would of produced huge outside she'll still have 6-8 good size colas about 7-12" not a ideal enviornment but she may come through, i'll keep you all posted on her. The others are getting very close just battling those friggin worms, i look and hesitate to take her down it's for personnel use don't need perfect looking buds. I'm just looking for a tad of amber which should be showing any day now. Thank you MeEasy it's been a lovely life here for the first 30yrs but last 2yrs with my hubby and his memory issues/behavioral problems do to his stroke our lives will be changing.

That is so sad to hear about your husband. I wish there was something I could do to help you seem like really good people. I know first hand what bad health can do to change your way of life. I've had to move twice since getting sick, hopefully I can live out my life where I am now. I thought that with my last house but I've managed to live longer than the doctors told me I would.
