This is my tallest outdoor pre 98 bubba kush she's in about 3rd week of flower far behind the other indica hybreds so i decided to super crop her top mains about 12" down an go ahead shove her into my small green house. I had washed inside it, sprayed it 5 days ago seems pretty clean. I'd never put one into GH this early but knowing she's not going to finish before end of Oct. an i'm beginning to get a little WPM on leaf outdoors. There's 2 windows so far so good. It's dry still here in so. Oregon but getting droplets in a.m. outdoors condinsation? No mold, no bug issues yet. Last shot is a frosty 3 run homer for the baseball lovers. Current grow. Paul's Purple Peyote, GG4, Mister Fuzion. Soon I'll fire up my other light and get these girls spread out a bit. I'll keep them huddled together for another week or two.

Well you definitely have the setup to get there. I am the same way. I am still learning a lot and loving it. I’m on the steep part of the learning curve and that’s the most enjoyable part to me. I’ve definitely been bitten by the bug! Happy growing!

On average, I get 2-3 males per grow. It sucks when your largest / best plant turns South on you. I lost 3 this year. But, I planted 8 knowing
at least one would turn. I murdered one trying to top it- too much, too soon. This year was my first time experimenting with topping / FIMing. Lost my two biggest to males. But the 4 that survived are… AWESOME!
Sorry for your loss. We’ve all been there… or will be.

Well last pics of the GG #4 lonely girl as I believe Sunday may be the day of her demise(I'm sure everyone will be happy...he,he). She was an only child so I've been over indulgent in my photography. Was hoping she'd finish around the time of the first lighting of the woodstove and dryer fall air, but don't think she'll make it that long. Cloudy trichs now, thinking I may see a hint of amber (if my brain isn't playing tricks). I'm ready for her to be done and taking a grow break until the first of the new year.
She's like a big bud with 10" foxtails (lol)

The indoor/outdoor method worked well for me. While it's a bit confining do to having to be home to
move the plants, it does boost the odds of a successful summer grow. Had major thunderstorms blow through here
yesterday afternoon, but had no worries of plant damage as a result of the method. Next summer I will have multiple
plants though, 2 max.

This was planted on June 28, 2021. It is 4 inches tall. I realize the season thing is happening- earth rotating, sunlight diminishing, etc.- but is this normal?!
I’ve only grown for three seasons but I’ve read a lot, mainly here on GWE, and I’ve never heard, read or seen this before. Has anyone ever seen this before and if so what the heck is it?

My 2021 grow… these are called (as stated on bottle bought from Debeque, Colorado dispensary) ‘Trinidad-Blue Dream’.
I found 8 seeds in one bud and this is my 2nd grow from that strain. Last year’s harvest (one 7 foot tall plant) was fantastic. All 4 plants are different but from same strain.

It was 40 feet away. Hopefully, I’m so close to harvest that it didn’t/ doesn’t affect the 4 girls. I’ll tell y’all, they smell absolutely amazing! I’m almost giddy with excitement and anxiety waiting for harvest.
I enjoy the whole process from seed to cured but I don’t smoke much (maybe a hit or two every few weeks) but I get a kick out of watching others enjoy my blood, sweat and (too often) tears. I enjoy watching them grow, the color changes, feel, smell and buds developing / maturing.
For me, growing is almost as exciting and gratifying as watching your own son score the winning touchdown in the Championship game. Almost.

Trying my hand at my first complete indoor grow. Northern lights auto on the right is two weeks above ground. Finally got a Bruce Banner auto to pop yesterday. Third try. And the last of my outdoor grow, a Zkittlez photo I'm trying to fatten up and finish before the wpm gets all of it.

I adored the harvest of my Zkittlez, you hang in there Bowhunterwoody she will be a good smoke if you can beat the weather. I'm rolling the dice now with all mine, got weeks until i should harvest.

I check my outside girls twice a day for WPM and somehow I must have missed some because I had a bud on my Bruce Banner this morning that looked like it was covered in white-out 😱 I’m seeing things outside I’ve only read about before. GWE, you guys are helpful above and beyond. I’ve learned so much reading- and re-reading- your site. My last (and, really, first) two years growing have produced, I’m told, “the best weed I’ve ever smoked”. That’s saying something since those saying it have been toking for over 40 years.
So, Thank you for all you do and have done for us growers. You really are the best!
