Of the 3 fixtures you listed, I would use the standard 450- a pair of those pulls 400w and will give you decent coverage. I look at brands like Vipar as throw away fixtures-good for a grow season or two and then in the garbage so I wouldn't invest any more in them then I had to to get the job done.

Two of those Viparspectra PAR 450 would give you enough actual wattage to cover that size tent.

I picked up two of these when they were on sale for much less. https://www.amazon.com/VIPARSPECTRA-...t+viparspectra I have no complaints about them. Overkill is always better than underkill. Hey and it's Amazon's choice. Is Bezos ever wrong?

LED lighting question
For a 4'x2'x7', would 2 VIPARSPECTRA UL Certified Reflector-Series 450W LED work? Would 2 VIVOSUN 600W LED be better, or the same? Alternatively the guide here recommends 1 of the VIPARSPECTRA Dimmable Series PAR450 450W LED. I just want to be positive I'm getting the right light as I probably wont have enough to enough pay double if I totally fuck up.
