    ABV question

I want to make lollipops using ABV, but have no idea how much ABV to use in a batch of lollipops. Can anybody help me out?

Depends what you want to use. Abv of vodka is around 40% where as everclear or 100proof is 75% abv. I'm assuming you're trying to make cannasuckers? It also depends on how strong you want your suckers. Or if you want to use it for just drops too. I have an everclear tincture I made using the long steep method or green dragon tincture I use in my lollies/candy that works great. But the taste by itself is awful. I add 50ml to a sucker kit recipe. https://www.lorannoils.com/hard-cand...p-recipe-r0194

100 proof is 50% abv. Everclear makes 151 proof (75.5%) or 190 proof (95%). 190 is better bacause it has less water.

Can\'t I just use ABV? Since it is already decarboxilized. I mean grind it up real fine and mix it with whatever flavoring I choose.

ive heard the "dose" and its supposed to be 6x to 8x. but if it tastes like when smoked i dont wanna eat it, plus youd have to use 8 times as much and thats a lot of herb. now imagine how much more dry its than fresh bud, you gonna be eating spoons full of it to get a little high
